The complex will consist of 9 blocks with low height regime (P 3R / 4R), being built on a land of almost 14,000 sqm, of which only 40% are constructions, and 60% will be green spaces and traffic alleys. It is the only residential complex built around a park, where a playground for children will be arranged. The 9 buildings are composed of 149 apartments with 2, 3, 4 rooms and penthouse and 236 parking spaces exclusively underground. The architecture of the buildings is specially designed so that the apartments benefit from a lot of natural light (due to the large windows, up to the level of the floor and the height of the rooms of 2.75 m). All apartments benefit from generous terraces, with a minimum width of 2m, which can receive tables and chairs to enjoy morning coffee.
