This is how the description of the Monarc Homes project begins, which we are proud to present to you for the first time.

Luxury comfort has been defined by countless developers in different ways, we continue to present the vision of the Monarc Homes developer, which will be implemented and completed by June 2024, when the project will be commissioned.

The comfort level of the home, according to the Monarc Homes developers, depends on two factors. First of all, the environment is important. The degree of development of the transport and socio-cultural infrastructures, ecology, the presence of leisure areas and the architectural appearance of the buildings in the neighborhood - all these form the so-called external outline of comfort.
This is how the location of the project was validated, Mogosoaia, near Martha Bibescu street, with neighborhoods that rise to the level of the designed comfort.

Secondly, the second factor is of decisive importance - the ergonomics of spaces, an element that bears responsibility for the feeling of security, rest, intellectual work, personal care and solving everyday problems. In other words, everything that makes up a person's individuality and is directly related to the house in which you live.
For the implementation of this vision, we worked with one of the best architects in Romania, Bogdan Neagu, who shares the same vision with the developers of the project, regarding the development of the suburban environment of Bucharest.

About developers
With over 15 years of experience in construction, and the successful completion of countless projects, City Construct is the company that is responsible for carrying out the works in partnership with the founder of the ANG Luxury Properties company, with over 11 years of experience in the real estate market, who gathered all the customer feedback over the years, and comes to meet the buyers with this ideal housing option.

About Monarc houses
The complex is composed of 10 *individual* villas, located on a plot of 4000 square meters. Each villa was assigned a plot of 380 square meters, with a distance of 13 m between them.
We have two types of villas, as follows
Villas P 1, 3 in number, with an area of 271 square meters.
Villa P 2, the remaining 7 villas, with an area of 389 sqm, which comes with an additional floor for hobby room and swimming pool.
