Unfolded in three distinct bodies, the single-family house called Casa Gri has a Cartesian shape and a bold design theme: to be made entirely of concrete. This desired was partially realized and the one for a proper autonomy and minimal maintenance was added. The answer was given by a construction with concrete walls and ceilings and apparent masonry. The ventilated facades were designed and customized, using a steel foil for the first time.

The unique composition through the atypical design has fastenings with screws like rivets, giving the impression of an eternally moving facade thanks to the contractions and expansions that occur depending on the season. The fence, inspired by riverbed arrangements, places gabions adapted for this property. Rainwater drains are made with a system of chains that direct the water, emphasizing the individuality of the facades. The property is harmoniously integrated into a dream garden from a story... an evergreen garden full of conifers, deciduous trees and shrubs.

The arrangement of the components of the house on the land and the way of dividing the interior spaces according to the needs of the extremely large family led to a space made up of two bodies. The first building consists of two apartments: one with two and another with three rooms, intended for parents, arranged on two levels. Atmosphere edits a classic ambient language with industrial influences. The spaces rely on concrete floors, in brick shades, which complement the concrete and brick walls. Generous glazed surfaces illuminate the space of the home and are enhanced by the curtains that really "dress" the home.

The office is spread over two levels, with a bio-fireplace, storage spaces, terrace, bathroom and garage (3 places). The piece of resistance of the house is the spiral staircase - made of apparently reinforced concrete, having a continuous spatial hand, built of wrought iron, three-dimensionally drawn from irregular shapes.

As the authors declare, for the second body, generous, fluid surfaces, with a minimalist urban glam design, were the major theme. This building has two individual matrimonial bedrooms on the first floor (each with bathroom and dressing room), as well as an office. The ground floor was designed as a very large open space spread over an area of approximately 300 square meters. It includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. The height of the living room is accentuated by the interior concrete pergolas and highlighted by the chandeliers harmonized with the concrete, but also by the glass walls positioned on two main, opposite sides, which give the impression that you are in the middle of nature.
